Pretty Cupcakes

I'm pretty happy with the batch of cupcakes I've made today, they turned out better than expected. :D
Shall upload some nice photos of them!

Nothing much to talk about though, cos they aren't new flavours. Heh.








Some are topped with dark chocolate ganache, made with chocolates of 60% cocoa solids. That's why the colour is really dark and unlike the normal chocolate coating.

Its not too bitter and complements the sweetness of the cupcakes well. (:

Hope those who get this batch of cupcakes will be happy with what I made!
They're by far the batch that I'm most satisfied with. Heh.

Many thanks to everyone who ordered and allowed me to play around with the designs as well. Hahah, hope my cupcakes didn't disappoint you all too much.

Raspberry Swirl Cheese Cupcakes

Tantalising raspberry swirl cheese cupcake!

Most of the time, when you buy cheesecakes, they come in a huge size and you take ages to finish it.
This cheese cupcake is bound to leave you wanting more. And it doesn't make you too full either, perfect as an after-dinner dessert!

Made with Australian cream cheese and top quality raspberry puree. :D
The oreo cookie base makes the cheesecake less sweet, so you don't have to worry about it being too sweet. (I ran out of oreos after I finished making half the batch, the photo above has digestive biscuit base instead. :p)

The hint of raspberry makes these tiny cheesecakes irresistable!
I was really lucky to get the raspberry puree too, redman just re-stocked them on the day I went. :D

You can order them too, but I'll only make them if orders are half dozen and above ya? (:

Rocky Road Marshmallow Cupcakes!

A sneak preview of rocky road cupcakes! :D Because I haven't really gotten down to making the actual one. Hahaha, this one is a mocha double chocolate, disguised as a rocky road flavour.

Pretty and colourful marshmallows, drizzled with dark chocolate!
Yummmm.
Can you imagine sinking your teeth into vanilla sponge cupcake with marshmallow bits inside? :D

Moist banana cake, made with 100% fresh Del Monte bananas and high calcium low fat fresh milk! :D
